Physical exercise programme EPH Conference 2024
We are excited to announce a physical exercise program throughout the conference. During the plenary sessions we will take a few minutes to relax our body and mind. During the lunch break on Thursday you can brush up on your dance moves for dinner & dance in the evening and on Friday there is training to improve your daily life and overall fitness.
Come and gather with other participants, activating body and mind, while enjoying different types of physical activities, from walking, to dancing and functional training.

Wednesday 13 November, 19:00 - 20:00 (Lisbon time): Scenic Walking Bus
Discover the city along the Tejo river by joining us in this pedestrian bus with desination the Welcome Reception at Praça do Comercio. It is an ideal way to relax after a busy conference day and promotes individual, social and planetary health. The meeting point is at the entrance of CCL.

Come and practice your dance moves for tonight's dinner and deance party. Discover simple ways of moving into the rhythm of fun.
Friday 15 November, Lunch Break, Room 0.04: Functional Training
Move Better, Feel Stronger - Learn practical movements to improve your daily life and overall fitness. Enhance your body's ability to move efficiently and effectively through fun and functional exercises.
